Here’s a trend that deserves watching and engaging….I consider myself a consumer of most media and try to keep up with all the tech talk, but I must admit I had missed this new phenom until I went to Global Pet Expo. So, I saw the QR codes which lead to more content in some trade print ads, but what about mass and high-end magazines? Last week this came up in a new business meeting where we discussed this emerging trends and mobile apps.
On the plane back, I selected a variety of vertical publications. Sure enough, from Vogue to People…. a smattering of ads with them…I am sure these are driving the art directors crazy.
